URCA - the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority in The Bahamas - was having problems introducing itself. URCA wanted people to “get” who they are and what they do without reading a 10 page brochure and falling asleep on page 2. So, we tried an analogy that most people would understand:

As an independent regulator, URCA acts as a referee between consumers and service providers. By calling fouls and supporting fair play, URCA promotes quality of service & value for money, while making sure everyones interests are fairly represented.
